Wardrobes can be managed in many different ways. By clothes type, by colour, or split between business & casual clothes.
Here are some images, but the most important thing is to choose what works for you!
This is simply all tops arranged by colour blocks
This is my preferred option where I have clothes by genre and then also colour coded. So here I have cardigans/jumpers, blouses/shirts, casual tops such as T-shirts and finally patterned tops.
Finally, in another section of my wardrobe, I have my business clothes. Jackets, followed my shirts and blouses, and then finally trousers, skirts and dresses. I find this much easier to select work outfits and have them all set out the night before, as I have a very early start in the morning and have to be mega efficient!
So this is not a dictate of how it should be done, but this is what works for me. Decluttering 1st is always the recommendation, and then reorganise your wardrobes and storage to suit your needs.
